Yayoi Kusama for our class

  1. I felt quite comfortable introducing the warm up because the students looked interested in sharing their opinions about art. I think they were involved faster than I thought because of their great attitude to know new things. Although they really helped me to develop the class interacting, some mistakes were made, for instance, I made up the word "bacterias" but fortunately they did not notice it. If they had noticed, I would have felt embarrassed. I think I have to keep improving my teaching skills, there are still many things to learn.

  2. I believe this time I was a little less controlling and I also think I improved giving the instructions to students as well as clarifying for understanding. However, I did feel nervous on this ocassion, particularly because of the constraint of time. That is why I was a bit impatient and I did not take enough "wait time", and I asked too many questions, too fast.
I did not notice any pronunciation, spelling or syntaxis slips or errors, but maybe I did!
Overall, I wish I have had more time to present my activity, and that the audio on the video would have been better, but "la tercera es la vencida" so, hopefully the next teaching practice will be the best :)

  3. I think my performance was quite awkward. I would selfevaluate myself with a 6, and this only because my opp teacher noticed I didn`t shatter into pieces. I still think that the one that rocks is the OPP teacher, still always feel free to fail me. I also became aware that my distinctive patter will be always to set the grammar structure because that is my lamest area.
Thanks and regards to all ;)

  4. Dear students,
thanks for the comments, I observe them partly true because when one is involved in the happening we cannot see all the dots in the picture, and we can neither see the big dot.
You all did well in this practice, we can see your strengths and weaknesses in a learning light!!!

    See you in class,
    Alma

    1. Thank you Alma, I really appreciate all the feedback and the support from you.
And at the end, we all are dots on our way to become a part of the universe of dots!
